Hello,

As summer slowly reaches its zenith for those of us in the northern hemisphere warm, long days are greeted with joy and delight from all. Summer is the time of family vacations, outside dinners, trips to the country, and time well spent with friends.

We are currently reading I, Claudius by Robert Graves – a fictional autobiography of the Roman emperor Claudius. Next month, in July, we will be reading something entirely different – Three Cups of Tea by Greg Mortenson. Read all about it here.

It is already time for another vote for the next read. For the first time in Book Club history, they were all recommended by book club members. This month we will be choosing from completely different time periods and countries – Russia, Britain and Greece.
